A Little About Me
I graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2012.
Since then I've had the privilege of gaining experience in many different fields, such as massaging on a cruise ship, in busy multi-disciplinary clinics and in corporate offices, including Calgary Police Service Headquarters building.

I am a military spouse, a mom, and am passionate about helping others in any way that I can. Whether you're an athlete looking to get back to your sport, or you've been injured in a car accident or workplace incident, or you just need to de-stress and unwind I will do my best to support your needs.

I consider myself to be a "general practitioner of massage" for lack of better terminology. I do not rely on one technique alone address concerns, but I do try to choose techniques that promote patient comfort and complaint relief from the session. I prefer to start treatments with a light myofascial technique to feel how the tissues respond before moving on to deeper work and addressing trigger points (knots) or other concerns.
I tailor treatment to the recipient and their needs, along with possible home-care recommendations and suggested treatment frequency. Your treatment plan is as individual as you are. Not all bodies respond to massage therapy in the same way. I usually suggest booking two sessions about one week apart seeing how the tissues respond over the week. From there treatments can be recommended closer together or stretched further.

I hope to have the honour of working with you soon!
